The dangerous increasing “Petrol bomb” culture in Tamilnadu: Throwing “Petrol bomb” has become order of the day in Tamilnadu for various reasons, but, it has been a very dangerous sign of violence taking roots. Just few days back, a charge-sheeter hurled several petrol bombs towards the Governor’s House in Chennai in front of police as appeared in the media with photographs and videos. Ironically, he has given a statement to the police that he decided to throw bobs towards the Governor’s House, as he refused to stop NEET and so on. Really, it is intriguing as to how the rowdies could settle score with the authorities through such violent and extreme methods just like terrorists. Now, news come that a devotee hurled petrol bomb on the deity, as his prayers were not answered. So petrol bombs have become so easy for people to manufacture, handle, hurl and produce the desired result.
