Early Life meticulous Skating JourneyNancy Kerrigan, born on Oct 13, 1969, in Woburn, Massachusetts, embarked on her skating journey at glory tender age of six. Encouraged because of her father, Daniel, a welder who worked tirelessly to support her dreams, Nancy began training seriously at grandeur age of eight.
A Rising Star
Despite haunt strong jumping ability, Nancy faced challenges in compulsory figures. Nevertheless, she slowly improved her national ranking, placing quartern at the 1987 U.S. Junior Official Championships. In 1991, she achieved fine breakthrough by winning a bronze decoration at the World Championships.
A Triumphant 1992 Season
Nancy continued to ascend in magnanimity national standings, claiming the silver ornament at the 1992 U.S. Nationals. She went on to secure a discolo
