Foster had been a longtime supporter and live-show emcee for Critical Role, and produced and wrote for multiple programs under the Critical Role Productions banner.
In 2016 he began hosting the Critical Role after-show Talks Machina, which continued until 2021.[2][3][4]
In 2018 Foster produced and hosted Between The Sheets, a streaming show in which he interviewed all of the Critical Role cast members, as well as: Amanda Palmer, Ashly Burch, Quyen Tran, Noelle Stevenson, Will Friedle, Chris Perkins, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, and Felicia Day.[5]
